Installation environment of NB smoke detector: for general places, when the space height is below 6m, the protection area is 60m. The alarm shall be mounted on the ceiling. The specific parameters shall be subject to design code for automatic fire alarm system (GB50116). Be sure to keep at least 30 cm away from the light fixture.
Installation method:
1. Drill two mounting holes 68mm ~ 83mm apart on the ceiling, and fix the base of the alarm with expansion plugs and self-tapping screws.
2. One 3V battery is pressed into the battery compartment correctly according to the battery installation. Note: if the battery is connected to the reverse alarm, it will not work normally and may damage the alarm.
3. Press and hold the self-test button, and the alarm indicator light will light up and sound an alarm, indicating that the alarm is working normally. If abnormal, check whether the battery is installed correctly or the voltage is too low (below 2.6v).
4. After the alarm is tested, insert the alarm into the base according to the installation sign of the base, rotate the alarm clockwise, and if you hear "click" or rotate to the lock sign, the alarm will be installed in place.
5. Normal state: the red indicator lights up about once every 50 seconds, and automatically detects the concentration of smoke in the surrounding environment every 8S.
6. Fault status: when the battery of the alarm is lower than 2.6v, it will ring once and the red indicator will flash twice, indicating the battery is under voltage. When the alarm reminds under-voltage, the battery should be replaced in time, otherwise it will affect the normal work of the alarm.
1. Alarm status: when the smoke concentration reaches the alarm value, the red indicator light will start flashing. At this time, the alarm will judge whether it is a real fire alarm.
2. Self-test status: the alarm shall be self-tested regularly. When the button is pressed, the red indicator light will flash and sound the alarm; After releasing the button, the alarm will automatically return to the normal working state.
3. Muffler state: in the state of alarm, press the button once and the alarm will enter the muffler state. In the silencing state, the alarm sound stops and the red indicator lights quickly flash. After the silencing state is maintained for about 85 seconds, the alarm will automatically exit the silencing state. If there is still smoke at this time, the alarm will start the alarm again.
4. When exiting the muffler state, if the smoke has disappeared, the alarm will automatically enter the normal monitoring working state.
